I've found my hairdresser! After numerous disappointments at other salons I love my haircut and feel very happy with the ethos of the studio. After years of disappointments at other salons, I finally found the gold standard in Barnsley: Kriztian at The White Hair Salon. I went from dry, "steel wool" hair to a bouncy, healthy, and perfectly colored masterpiece. Kriztian is a true professional who actually listens to his clients. He uses premium products (no cheap shortcuts here!) and his attention to detail is unbelievable—no tugging, no pain, just perfection. It’s the first time a stylist has actually delivered exactly what I asked for. If you’ve lost faith in hairdressers, come here. He is the absolute best. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love my new haircut! I wanted something fresh, stylish and with lots of movement, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The layers frame my face beautifully and have given my hair so much volume and bounce without taking away too much length. I especially love the soft, feathered pieces around the front — it feels like such a transformation! The stylist really understood what I was looking for and made the cut suit my face and hair perfectly. I walked out feeling refreshed and confident. Definitely one of my favourite haircuts I’ve had. ❤️ Highly recommend!

Great experience going to Adrian J for a men's haircut, he is a truly talented stylist and listens to what you want, consulting you throughout the process. Since going to Adrian for my last few haircuts, my hair has been much easier to style and always looks good. My partner and I have both been seeing Florence for over a year now, even followed them to their new salon, and every haircut is better than the last. As anyone with curly hair knows, finding a stylist you trust with your curls feels like winning the lottery and I most definitely feel like I have with Florence. They are not only a fabulous stylist but are just such a lovely person in general—feels like getting your hair cut by a friend! Would absolutely recommend booking your next appointment with them!

I took my daughter to Studio 283 Hair for a haircut, and she had a wonderful experience. The team were incredibly friendly and immediately put her at ease, which was especially important as she was feeling nervous after having a bad experience at another hairdresser. Laurent genuinely has given me the best haircuts I have ever had. He always listens to what you want and does a fantastic job of bringing it to life. As a guy I have always struggled to find a hairdresser/barber that cuts my hair how I envisage it, so since discovering the French Reception and Laurents skills I only ever go there now! My wife and daughter both go too and see one of the female stylists and really love their attention to detail and skills too. Its a great team, with a warm friendly environment and a tasty drink on arrival too! Highly recommend!

Really nice atmosphere, the hairdresser knew what he was doing and the service was great. Besides the offerings of coffee, I got to listen to a record by Screaming Jay Hawkins while my dyed hair was drying. Also a nice coffee shop at the caves before the hairdressing started. Highly recommended if you want your hair dyed.
