Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

An absolutely wonderful experience at Ponteland Thai Spa! The spa is incredibly clean, warm, and smells amazing, with lovely relaxing music playing in the background. My therapist was so friendly and highly skilled—she truly knows her stuff and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing time at Glow Haven! Jo was so friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We had access to the jacuzzi, sauna, ice bucket, relaxation areas and hammock. The surroundings were tranquil and the wind chime was a relaxing touch. We loved the Koi pond - plus Jo's tortoise in the background. Two hours went so quickly! The shower and relaxation room were nicely decorated and very, very clean. We will definitely be returning for one of Jo's spa packages - I'm eager to try one of her massages and taste some of her delicious food! Highly recommend!

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

Absolutely amazing experience- this felt like a very luxurious experience and surpassed all our expectations. We left the sauna feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed, the plunge bath and cold shower were definitely welcome! We would definitely recommend to everyone, and will certainly be hoping to book again ourselves. Thank you for a fabulous time!

Perfect private space to warm up/chill down and relax. The sauna was plenty warm enough and the cold plunge nice and cold. Only thing would be maybe there should be a 15 min break between bookings as the next guests tried to come in whilst we were still getting changed and had 5 minutes left of our session.

We received the Balkan spa treatment today and it was amazing in every way possible! I left feeling so relaxed and with a sparkling clean scalp! The products used were such great quality and smelt fantastic! Highly recommend this treatment and I will be sure to book again in the future!

I’ve had the most relaxing holistic head spa experience in the most beautiful surroundings. Sandra made me feel more relaxed than I have in years. I had a great time at the sauna. It's a fabulous space with pleasant atmosphere and very private. Perfect for helping with pain and relaxing using chromotherapy, which is a very nice touch. Ben was very helpful and friendly, I appreciated his instructions. Afterwards, I felt warm and relaxed and will book again.

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

What a wonderful therapist. Maddie has a lovely, calm demeanour and put me at ease as soon as I arrived for my massage. There were a number of different oils to choose from depending on whether I wanted to be relaxed or more uplifted. Maddie checked the pressure was ok & was able to tailor the massage to exactly what I wanted. I had an hour long treatment which was absolutely perfect to relax and unwind. The Dutch Barn is a lovely setting, her therapy room is very calming and smells great. Would absolutely recommend visiting if you are in need of a pampering or relaxing hour of just you time.

If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

I had the head spa plus swedish massage. I absolutely loved it! Jac was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure i'm okay throughout. The massage was very relaxing and so was the head spa. The products smell lovely and I feel more relaxed and refreshed after. The tea and cookie after was a nice touch. I hope to come back soon

I’ve just returned from the most incredible Gold Head Spa and Wax Mask Facial with Adele, and it was simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel so luxurious, The Gold Head Spa treatment was so calming, and the Wax Mask Facial left my skin feeling flawless. Every detail was perfect, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I can't recommend Adele highly enough. If you're looking for a truly relaxing and indulgent treatment your in the right place!
