I had a great time at the sauna. It's a fabulous space with pleasant atmosphere and very private. Perfect for helping with pain and relaxing using chromotherapy, which is a very nice touch. Ben was very helpful and friendly, I appreciated his instructions. Afterwards, I felt warm and relaxed and will book again.

The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

What a wonderful therapist. Maddie has a lovely, calm demeanour and put me at ease as soon as I arrived for my massage. There were a number of different oils to choose from depending on whether I wanted to be relaxed or more uplifted. Maddie checked the pressure was ok & was able to tailor the massage to exactly what I wanted. I had an hour long treatment which was absolutely perfect to relax and unwind. The Dutch Barn is a lovely setting, her therapy room is very calming and smells great. Would absolutely recommend visiting if you are in need of a pampering or relaxing hour of just you time.

I had a 90 mins spa session with Raquel starting with a body scrub which was fantastic and after a shower then had an hour’s relaxing massage - absolutely awesome and feel so relaxed. Definitely much needed. Thoroughly recommend

I had such an amazing treatment with Bori. I’ve been carrying a lot of stress and tension in my body due to some personal things I’ve been going through, and I really needed the time to relax and switch off. Bori was incredibly caring and professional, and the treatment helped me completely unwind. I left feeling so much lighter, calmer and more relaxed. If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

From the moment you walk into her beautiful home, she makes you feel so welcome and relaxed, and at ease too. I am a person who is always on the go,and find little time to relax. I had the head spa plus swedish massage. I absolutely loved it! Jac was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure i'm okay throughout. The massage was very relaxing and so was the head spa. The products smell lovely and I feel more relaxed and refreshed after. The tea and cookie after was a nice touch. I hope to come back soon

I had an amazing experience at the Head Spa and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, Abbie was so welcoming and made me feel completely relaxed. The head spa treatment itself was incredible, and the added foot massage made it even more luxurious. The facial was honestly the best I've ever had – my skin felt amazing afterwards, and the whole experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The service throughout was exceptional, and finishing with a blow dry in the salon downstairs was the perfect touch. Every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and professional. Enjoyed it

I’ve just returned from the most incredible Gold Head Spa and Wax Mask Facial with Adele, and it was simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel so luxurious, The Gold Head Spa treatment was so calming, and the Wax Mask Facial left my skin feeling flawless. Every detail was perfect, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I can't recommend Adele highly enough. If you're looking for a truly relaxing and indulgent treatment your in the right place!

I had a facial and Reiki with Thomas; Facial - Thomas has a very calming touch very precise gentle movements I felt totally relaxed the best facial I've ever had. Thomas was able to pinpoint areas of stress on my face and they just melted away. The products also smell divine. Having the facial first relaxed my mind and body opened me to the reiki session. Reiki - l had visual very images and could feel energies shifting within my body and saw aura colours. The session was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend Thomas.

I had an excellent full-body massage today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emily was professional, attentive and made sure the pressure was exactly right. The massage had a lovely flow, balancing relaxation with working out areas of tension. The premises were spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming, with a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and so much looser. It was clear that real care and skill went into the whole experience. Highly recommended — one of the best massages I’ve had!

Really lovely spa and venue. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and we had fantastic massages. We keep coming back because it’s quiet, relaxing, and has a lovely personal feel. We also like supporting local businesses. However, it’s such a shame that on our last two visits we’ve been told the venue has been taken over for a private function, meaning we couldn’t stay and finish our spa day with a drink in the bar and had to leave. It’s very disappointing, as being able to relax afterwards is part of the experience. We hope this can be improved in the future.

This was my first visit to Spa on the Hill. I received vouchers as a birthday gift and booked a facial and full body massage. Stephanie was brilliant! She understood the issues I had, and did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would definitely come back. It was so nice, it's made me want to rebook for when I come back from my holiday - 10/10 would recommend!

The most amazing pregnancy reflexology, this treatment was so relaxing and calming. I left the treatment room feeling so calm, relaxed and relieved of any tension. This treatment also helped to reduce the swelling in my feet which comes with pregnancy. I really can't say enough about the pregnancy reflexology. Chelle makes everything so personal for her clients, I love the small touches when she warms your clothing up after each treatment, the oils she uses and the holistic approach to each treatment it is just amazing. Every time I visit menevia I always feel cared for and understood. I also know I will have an exceptional treatment from either Lucy or Sue who are both consumet professionals. This time I also tried the newly offered head spa and it was wonderful and relaxing. I highly recommend Menevia as a gem in St David's and I always look forward to my visits
