Sophia did a great job on giving me a haircut. It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience and most importantly after she was done, I feel great. The establishment is clean, located in a good area and Sophia herself is a lovely person. I highly recommend, both men and women alike give her a call for an appointment.

She took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing throughout the appointment and made sure my fragile, highlighted hair was protected every step of the way. It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!
