Lili is very professional. Always on time and does the best BIAB Nails in Chingford. I prefer her one to one service any day to the high street shops. Her Spotify selection is also always on point 🥰

I had my hair cut by Claire today at her beautiful new salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Claire is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she really takes the time to listen to what you want. I’m absolutely delighted with my haircut—it looks and feels fantastic! The new salon has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, and you can tell Claire has put so much care into creating a space where clients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a talented hairdresser who genuinely cares about her clients. Wishing her every success in her new salon!

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I was a little unsure at first because I’d never been to the salon before but I will 100% be back again. First time in a long time that the stylist actually did as I asked. Emy was so thorough, did not rush and I absolutely love my hair. Best cut I’ve had in years. Thank you! x

I went for a booking for to have hilights the stylist was so lovely my hair was dry broken they gave me a lovely treatment on my hair this salon very beautiful and lovely boss and stylist they did my hair lovely ado friendly and I had a lovely Turkish coffee thank u very much and back again thank u kay

Claire is an amazing hairdresser. My hair colour wasn’t in the best condition because of my own experimenting, but she was incredibly understanding and took the time to recommend the perfect colour combination to bring it back to life. What stood out to me the most was how gentle and patient she was throughout the entire appointment. She treated my hair with so much care, and it’s honestly the first time I’ve had a hairdresser who was so thoughtful and mindful of its condition. I’m so happy with the result and would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a talented professional
