The tension in my neck and shoulders has completely eased, and she incorporated stretches that made a huge difference. She also took the time to give me helpful advice for keeping things loose going forward. I felt really looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend.

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️
