It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Kindest, purest most beautiful souls. Eyebrow wax was done painlessly, and she kept it classy, just a beautiful cleanup. I also love that they focus on hair health and instead of color dumping they offer, treatment dumping. Service is on point and you instantly feel at home. Definitely will keep this as my to go to for some TLC. This might just be my favorite place besides home :)

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Kauther and it was amazing! She was so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. Her salon is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Beautiful little salon located a few roads from where I stay which is so convenient for me. Haley was my beauty therapist and did the most gentle wax I’ve ever experienced after years of not waxing. On this cold winters day the salon bed was equipped with an electric blanket which kept me toasty. I’ll definitely be back again!
