I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Shemaine always makes my lash applications a calming and pleasant experience. She is gentle, efficient and makes me feel absolutely fabulous when I walk out of the salon. My lashes always looks amazing when she's done. I don't know how she does it, but my lashes keep for at least 3 weeks each time. Shemaine is amazing!!!

Fantastic- Alison is so professional, friendly, gave great advice & is all round gorgeous! The spa/salon is in a lovely old house beautifully decorated, and I was made to feel very welcome & pampered from the minute I arrived. I will definitely visit again!

Beautiful little salon located a few roads from where I stay which is so convenient for me. Haley was my beauty therapist and did the most gentle wax I’ve ever experienced after years of not waxing. On this cold winters day the salon bed was equipped with an electric blanket which kept me toasty. I’ll definitely be back again!

Nawaal is by far the best salon to be at. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out you experience five star treatment and walk out with soft sleek “type 1” hair 😜

Ginger Lily came highly recommended and I wasn’t disappointed. Lovely welcoming salon and great therapist (Monique). Ill be back!
