From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Reet was incredibly skilled and precise, shaping my brows exactly how I wanted while keeping them natural-looking. The process was quick and relatively painless. I was a bit nervous about waxing, but Reet was professional, reassuring, and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Her technique was quick yet but thorough. The results were amazing—super smooth!

The staff are so friendly and attentive and always making sure I am happy with my pedicure, lash lift or whatever it is I’m getting. If you are looking for the best waxing,threading and/or eyebrow mapping studio,look no further. Jazz at Luxe is the absolute best. This was my 1st time at Luxe. Jazz fit me in the same day for full face wax and then mapped my brows after I tried to do them myself. Did waxing and threading to get all the ingrown hairs from me tweezing. Clean and professional. Highly recommend Jazz at Luxe studio.
