The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

The massage and spa was so relaxing and refreshing you can feel so deep and calm on your body an mind, the environment are so quite and clean, I would like to recommend to those who love to be relax their on selves by Jac.

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

I had such a great experience with this lymphatic drainage massage. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing, and Beth made me feel completely comfortable. The massage itself was incredibly gentle yet effective. Beth was knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. I noticed an immediate difference in how my body felt afterward, especially in my stomach and legs. It was both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to reduce swelling and improve circulation. I am already booked for another session!

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!
