Lucy is extremely knowledgeable in this field and has worked wonders on my back and shoulders. I continue to have sessions every 2 to 3 weeks, i can't thank her enough she's made such a difference to my aches and pain and managed to improve my mobility and range off movement beyond what I thought was achievable. Lucy has an amazing knowledge and really is at the top of her game. Have visited lucy twice now she's has managed to sort a number of issues with my upper and lower back that I've suffered with for many year's, that other therapies have not managed to sort out. I'm going continuing to visit Lucy every 3 to 4 weeks because what she done has changed my mobility so much. Thank you Lucy

Before the appointment, I felt puffy around my stomach, after the appointment I instantly felt better, my stomach isn’t puffy anymore and I feel so much more energised and better. I will definitely be cooking in again with Amy !!
