I had a sports massage with Sophie focusing on my shoulders and back, and it was exactly what I needed. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. She worked through all the tight, tense areas with just the right pressure, and I could feel a big difference afterwards. My shoulders felt so much lighter and my back less tight. Would definitely recommend her and I’ll be booking again!

Had a sports massage with Sophie for my knee! Absolutely great experience. Loved the massage, my knee instantly felt better when I left. Sophie is so lovely and very knowledgeable about the causes and prevention of injuries too. Would recommend and go again!

Sophie is an amazing sports massage therapist. I have tendinitis and struggle with constant pain. She was able to focus on them areas with the perfect pressure to relieve the pain in my muscles. Thank you Sophie! I definitely recommend.

I had a great sports massage session with Lewis As a female client, I sometimes feel a bit apprehensive seeing a male therapist but his professionalism and clear communication made me feel completely safe and at ease. The massage was effective and tailored to my needs. Highly recommended. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone, especially women who might feel a bit nervous.

Yesterday, Lewis gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage with his expert hands and some cool gadgets. It really helped melt away the tension and fatigue I’d been feeling all over my body. Some spots turned red, kind of like after gua sha, showing just how tight those muscles had become. I wrapped up the session around 2:00 pm, went home feeling so relaxed, and ended up sleeping peacefully until 7:00 pm before getting up to cook dinner. It was just the perfect recovery my body had been craving.👍👍👍👍👍

Sophie is really great, she listens closely to what the problem is and really knows her stuff when it comes to targeted massage to help improve the issue. I’ve seen her a number of times now and will definitely be back.
