This was my first visit and I was made to feel really welcome and in a very ‘safe pair of hands’. The whole treatment was extremely soothing and lightening. This is a massage I will definitely be fitting into my self-care routine! Thank you!!

Unfortunately, my daughter has had 2 surgeries that require years worth of physical therapy. We have seen Nathan for all of it and couldn't be happier. He is so knowledgeable, encouraging, funny, kind and I could go on.... my daughter looks forward to her PT sessions and works hard at home with the "homework " exercises he's given her, just to make him proud. And without fail he always recognizes and praises the progress she made . Highly, highly recommend Nathan!!!!

I have only had 2 sessions with Clare so far. However the results are insane, I had surgery for endometriosis a couple of months ago and lymphatic drainage has really helped with my recovery and minimised my endo symptoms already! Even straight after leaving my appointments I feel so much lighter and less inflamed!
