If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. I was so stressed with work and daily life. Had the full body massage and I feel amazing , walked out feeling brand new. I highly recommend Ally, she did a full consultation prior and is juat amazing at what she does.i will deffinaly be booking again

Had a deep tissue massage, was just the perfect intensity, really enjoyed it and a reflexology foot massage after, was relaxing and just the perfect way to relax after a deep tissue, would definitely recommend, thank you

Amazing! Ally made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She asked me questions about my health and any body pain. The room was gorgeous and very calming. I had the back neck and shoulder massage and also the hot stone massage which felt unreal! I’ll definitely be coming back x

After several weeks of pain and no improvement following an NHS physio appointment, I booked with Alikia. She was welcoming, took the time to understand my symptoms, carried out a thorough assessment, and quickly identified the issue. She explained everything clearly while treating me. It took a few days to feel the benefit due to the deep work she carried out, but I noticed a real improvement. I've now had my second appointment, left with helpful advice, and have already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Lisa. Was amazing. Very friendly. Asked if the massage pressure was okay throughout. This is my second one, will be back in a few weeks for another. Would definitely recommend x

Brilliant physiotherapist. Spends time understanding your issues, tailors treatments and explains causes and treatments in a way which is easy to understand. Not your run of the mill physio where you’re just another patient with an issue, but someone who spends the time in really understanding lifestyle to really offer the best advice and treatment. Highly recommended.
