Another outstanding service!! After a recent car accident where I had multiple physiotherapy session and didn't really see much difference I decided enough is enough and saw Gayan. I had a full body reset, he also explained what to do going forward with aftercare info. I feel so much better already and hope recovery will be quicker with his expert guidance.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. If you’re dealing with injuries, tight lats, glutes or anything that keeps pulling on your pelvis, she is your girl

Comprehensive, tailored treatment using a variety of interventions. Immediate relief and improvement in some areas, other areas improved a few days post treatment. Excellent after care plan/exercises which are already helping less than a week later. A comfortable, professional environment, a therapist that truly listens, engages, and communicates throughout the treatment, providing clear explanations. Would highly recommend .

I had Faith for the first time and I can highly recommend her. Faith used just enough force to make it relaxing but powerful to remove my ever growing knots. Faith also did some reflexology which was fab, she was so intune that she was able to tell I have nerve damage without me mentioning it. Cathy is always my go to but im pleased I have found Faith now for my impromptue visits.

Had my first full body reset today after initially just having a 1hr treatment. I feel a million dollars. Cannot recommend enough. Friendly, calm and professional. Huge depth of knowledge and even took time to show me stretches etc I can be doing myself between visits. You will not regret having a treatment. Thanks again. I’ll be back x
