I’ve been suffering with back pain for a significant amount of time. Chris carried out an in depth assessment and for the first time in a long time I felt in alignment. I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Chris is an expert at his craft. He finally gave me the clarity I’ve been looking for for the past 8 years. (Something previous physios, chiropractors and osteopaths have not been able to do) Finally I know what’s going on and why my back pain has never gone away and why it’s been getting worse. After my initial appointment I came away full of confidence and in less pain. I will be recommending Chris to everybody.
