I had three massages over time to address my issue. They were expertly carried out and very thorough. I was given advice about how to do things differently in future and each time the therapist built on what she had done before. She also explained what she was doing and why. These massages have addressed my issue and have made a great difference to my well being.

Bridie is a wonderful example of how wonderful your skin can look. Of course at 84, you can't expect to look that good! But after meeting her and realising how knowledgeable and experienced she is and her advice, I know she's going to get my skin looking far better than it is today. If you're skin problem is getting you down, don't assume it will never get better, something CAN be done to improve it! I can't wait to see her again with my very much improved skin. Amazing as always. Having had an ear infection I had a very sore jaw. Sarah expertly massaged that area and sinuses helping to soothe that area along with my normal whole body massage getting working on lots of knots. Will always reccomend.

I was recommended to try Botox to help alleviate the symptoms of TMJ and teeth grinding and wasn't able to be seen for a while under an NHS hospital so felt it best to be seen privately. I tried another local person for a quote and they weren't reliable with getting back to me or pricing and appointments so I decided to ask for recommendations on Facebook, at least two/three people recommended The Aesthetic Touch, specifically Liv so I decided to book an appointment and was given a price and quickly booked in to see the medical prescriber. The clinic was friendly, welcoming and clean.
