All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

My treatment with Katie was excellent. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be booking in with her again soon. I would highly recommend Katie for any sports massage or rehabilitation needs.

Rowena is amazing- the only person I trust with my Botox. She is meticulous in her approach and the experience is gentle and pain free. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

As a compulsive nail biter and skin picker, I rarely get my nails done because I find it embarrassing and on occasion, uncomfortable. Madi diffuses any embarrassment with her kindness and humour, she is highly competent, careful and goes the extra mile to make my nails and the surrounding skin look tidy and polished. This is my 2nd appointment with her working with BIAB (Builder in a Bottle - my nails are very weak) and my nails already have enough length to be slightly shaped. For the first time, probably ever, I keep looking at my nails with joy. Thank you Madi.
