Had a great experience, Kamila is very knowledgeable and has given some great ideas to use as warm ups and rehab exercises to help with an injury, the massage and cupping service she did as well was great, 100% would recommend to anyone needing help with their injurys.

Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

After I had explained the sports injury I have, Kamila explained the probable cause of the discomfort, and how further tests and physical assessments to confirm the theory, a rehabilitation plan could be discussed. I felt confident and reassured.
