Sean always asks about your issues to facilitate his investigation. He provides accurate diagnosis and very effective treatment. He always explains what he is going to do and why, before he starts. He will always offer advice about your rehabilitation including things to do and things to avoid. He will never push for further visits if they aren't required. The surgery is always sanitised before and after every patient.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. See you in April 2022 for Manchester Marathon round 2 😁 thank you!

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. Clara is absolutely amazing with her work!! her lymphatic drainage massages are incredible and work so well for my back and stomach pains. She is so welcoming, she can talk anout anything and is so wonderful to book with. We are starting to see a difference and its helped me so much. i cannot wait for my next session♥️♥️♥️

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

Lucy is a great physio. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose my injury. She recommended a good rehabilitation strategy and supporting stength / stretch plan to aid my recovery. I would definitely recommend her to friends and other runners.

A fantastic introduction to Cryo in Manchester which we hope will lead to many more! we experienced all four products which, with regular use will definitely improve our minds and bodies. I had a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with the lovely Clara, it was my first experience so I was unsure what to expect but Clara made me feel so comfortable. The results were insane, I’m definitely going to make it a regular thing!

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

I attended because of pain through tight shoulders and pain and tightness in my left flank, buttock and hamstring. Nathan’s application of sustained deep tissue physio has done the trick!

We were in Manchester dancing for the week and went twice! It was amazing! The cryotherapy really helped with recovery and the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.
