Beth is an outstanding massage physiotherapist. She listened carefully to my concerns and took detailed notes about my issues. Ive been going to melissa for brow waxes for nearly an year now and wouldn’t honestly go anywhere else. Ive also had gel nails done few times. She makes you feel completely at ease, chatty in the best way, and does a perfect job! I always leave with great brows and pretty nails!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!

Absolutely Amazing !!! One session and the difference it’s made has been unbelievable. So having really struggled with lower back pain / sciatica for more than 15 years and having surgery , chiropractor, osteopath, physio and all other stuff many times … I can honestly say this is the best treatment I’ve ever had and my back feels amazing after just 1 session !!! Thanks mate 👏🏼

It was so relaxing to have my feet treated today. Kelly is a friendly lady and very professional. I will look forward to having another treatment soon.

A very attentive, professional massage therapist with her own comprehensive approach, works directly with the causes, always advises additional exercises as needed that help restore proper movement and distribute the load on the right muscles.

First time visiting Beth today and can not recommend her highly enough,very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and came up with a rehabilitation programme to help me out.

Beth did an assessment of shoulder and neck pain in order to work on releasing the knots. She is also a physio so I got a lot of good advice about exercises I can do at home to help relieve the tension and pain I’ve been experiencing. I would definitely recommend booking a sports massage with her because she’s friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

I needed my eyebrows done last minute before heading on holiday and I had excellent service. Very happy. Thank you ☺️
