Another outstanding service!! After a recent car accident where I had multiple physiotherapy session and didn't really see much difference I decided enough is enough and saw Gayan. I had a full body reset, he also explained what to do going forward with aftercare info. I feel so much better already and hope recovery will be quicker with his expert guidance.

I’ve had 2 visits now. The attention to detail and communication is 2nd to none. The treatment I received today on my broken wrist feels more beneficial than 4 physio appointments I received elsewhere. Fantastic

I had my 1st ever session with Gayan today. Was amazing and the knowledge he has shines through! You know your in safe hands, if your worried don't be he will guide you through the therapy and explain everything along the way, whilst checking your ok. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone! Even the aftercare and explanation of what to expect after treatment is second to none.

I visted Gayan via a recomendation from a freind who has had various sports injuries over 30 years and has used many different physios over this time. He said that of all the medical professionals that he has visited Gayan has been by far the best. I have had shoulder pain with limited mobility for over 6 months, had treatment via the NHS and other practitioners. At no point have I walked out after just an hours treatment feeling so good with an almost full range of mobility. Gayan explanes everything that he is going to do along the way and his knowledge and technique is unserpassed.

So some times you walk in to great things and Asirilanka Therapy was certainly one of them. Gayan actually really fascinates me with his knowledge. I've seen him twice now and he knowledge is incredible. My treatment yesterday was perfcetion, I feel tended today but most importantly amazing. Ive been given exercises to do and I've never wanted to actually achieve these goals when I've seen other professionals but you know what Gayan tells you will work. I honestly feel that Gayan's goal in life is to make people feel better rather than just a job. Thank you. I feel a lot taller and bouncier 😉

Amazing experience. And very knowledgeable. Came in with sciatica pain that has been causing me so many issues. He helped relieve the pain but also guided me in the root cause and the work i need to focus in to help eliminate the problem. Ive seen Gayan a few times and find his approach very professional and there is a reason i keep coming back to him.
