Jana is amazing ! I just had a hot stone massage. She asked me if I had any areas I would like concentrating on and proceeded to get all my stress knots out with wonderfully firm pressure that I requested . She is very knowledgeable and has wonderful nature about her . I will keep going back for my self care rituals even after moving out of the area . wouldn't hesitate to recommend . Alex.C

This was my first sports massage and visit, and I must say it was a pleasure. A lovely warm welcome and explanation as to what I should expect. This put me at ease and ready for the massage ahead.
