I have had extensions installed in both Australia and Bali before and I would happily recommend Merry and Bali Luxury Hair. The quality of the hair is the best I have had, I have very fine hair so went for micro keratin custom bonds and they are so light and natural. Thank you so much Merry and the team at Bali Luxury Hair, the only place I will go for extensions!

I love the ladies at Byron Beauty Lounge. I always leave feeling fresh and with incredible hair. They’re attentive and kind and always do an excellent job. I’ve had my colour and extensions done twice now there and both times have been super happy! Highly recommend!

The Rustic Sun in Berawa is top tier. The service is amazing, the lattes are strong, the ambience is relaxing, and the music is a whole vibe. I went in for a pedicure and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. I 1000% recommend this spa to anyone visiting Bali, you won’t regret it. 💛

Service was so good I went twice. First time as walk-in with my friend, they could only accommodate one service, so I scheduled for others a few days later. I also requested a massage add on same day which they could add. I received a mani/pedi, head &neck massage, hair wash and trim. All clinicians were excellent. Thank you to my hair stylist who provided holistic Balinese recommendations for my neck pain :)

I had my hair extensions maintenance done yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team is super nice – really lovely ladies who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in ☺️💖 I was helped by Marry, such an amazing and kind woman with lots of experience. She did an incredible job on my extensions, gave my hair a great cut, and styled it beautifully. The best salon in Bali! Today I had Russian manicure/pedicure with French gel polish. Perfection! I also tried eyelash tint and lift and eyebrow tint and laminate. Came out so good, my eyes are popping! Lastly came back for my second blonde nanoplasty premium treatment. Keeps my hair straight, soft and healthy for months!! I will be back 🙏

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

Staff are very friendly, salon was very clean. I was given a cold hand towel and water when I sat down which was great given the temp outside. I showed a picture of what I wanted to my stylist and she cut it exactly. Will back next time I am in Bali. Thank you so much.

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

But the real magic happened when, in a sudden impulse, I decided to change my hair color to something darker. The girls didn’t panic, didn’t rush — they simply stepped in, guided me, and created exactly the kind of beauty I didn’t even know I needed.
