The service was amazing from start to finish – so professional and friendly, and you can tell she really cares about the health of your natural hair underneath the extensions too. Chanel does a great job at listening to what I want and what my concerns are. I’ve been going to her for a few months to restore my hair after a bad experience with another stylist that chopped my hair off. She’s my go-to for a sew in and love the Galleria location with plenty parking.

Cannot recommend Perdi enough! Always a really lovely experience, very Christmasy in the salon, great atmosphere. All the girls are lovely! Had such a relaxing head massage when having hair washed, fresh colour and refit of weave. Amazing job as always! Thanks Perdi 🫶 x

Shay was professional, personable, kind and very gentle handed. I had a shampoo, condition and blow dry before my sew in. I needed a trim and appreciated that she took a before picture to explain and allow me to visualize my damage before the cut. She took the exact amount needed to encourage healthy regrowth and nothing more. My sew is exactly what I wanted based on the inspo pic I showed her. This was my first time at the salon and I’ll definitely be back.

Great service! I got a takedown, wash, trim, and full-head sew-in, and everything was amazing from start to finish. The young lady who washed my hair had the softest touch and perfect hand pressure — it felt so good, and she washed my hair so thoroughly. The stylist was incredible. From the takedown to the final look, everything was perfection. She really takes her time with each step, and you can tell your hair is being well taken care of. I will definitely be back every time I visit Jamaica!

I did the LA Weave training with Cerys, & it was an amazing experience. As someone who already works with other extension methods, I was really impressed by how well planned & in-depth the training was. Cerys took her time to cover every aspect of extensions, & her knowledge of different brands, methods, & tools was truly impressive. She explained everything clearly & made sure I fully understood each part of the process before moving on. I left feeling confident & supported, knowing I had gained valuable skills & knowledge. I would 100% recommend this training, I absolutely loved it!

Kadeja was very warm and professional, I was extremely late for my appointment but she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her instead she offered me solution to reschedule so she could style. Now let's talk about the sewin ... Flawless installation, braids were not tight , FLATTTTTT and gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great work and exceptional customer service . Must mention Shaylaya (owner) she was very kind, warm and professional when she reach out to check in on me. The salon was peaceful and calm, nice music and no loud banter. Eldora is exceptional! Her attention to detail, patience, and gentle care made my experience unforgettable. Unlike previous stylists who complained about my hair and handled it roughly, making me feel insecure, Eldora's approach was highly professional. Without using a blow dryer, my weave looked perfect and felt incredibly moisturized. I barely felt any pain during the entire process, which is unusual.
