Two hours and forty munites of pure relaxation. I've had numerous treatments (physio, spa, and targeted) at Bondahaven, and by far, today's treatment, The Ultimate Relaxation, as the name suggests, is the most relaxing and peaceful treatment I've ever had. My therapist, Ms. Zahidah, is the best — soft-spoken, gentle, and yet her touch was on point! Bondahaven itself is very neat and clean, with friendly and professional staff/therapists. It is tranquil and smells wonderful.

I've been attending to this Advanced Muscle Therapy for a year ( on & off ). Frankly speaking, my "spare-parts" needed this therapy very much 🥒🏓🏃‍♀️🤿 ( I'm a Pickleball Player / Runner / Scuba Diver ) Everytime finished ✅️ 1.5hrs or 2hrs treatment, my condition straight away recharge back to 80% Today - surprisingly my knee doesn't feel any pain when the therapist tried to assess by belok sini sana 🤓 Ok, I can continue playing pickleball now🤪 just listen to your body, let it has enough rest for good recovery ( jangan degil ya )

Henry is very knowledgable and provided good treatment for my back and neck. I have been having problems with my neck and shoulder for years and been to numerous places with limited progress. However after three sessions with Henry good progres has been made to addressing root causes and solving the problem. I highly recommend Henry and Advanced Muscle Therapy

Babu was a very friendly therapist. He was very concerned with his guest comfy. He asked if the room temperature was ok and his massage presser was fine to me. The full 90 minutes was very enjoyable. His hands had never left my body within the time. His magic touch made me wondering what was his next move. His massage skills were amazing. Even I only stayed in the city for a week, but I surely would go back to see him again before I leave the country.
