This was my first appointment with Elise. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism. I was greeted with a warm smile, smart appearance and friendly attitude. It was my first visit with Hayley and my first ever Japanese head spa. It was the most amazing treatment I have ever had. Hayley is so welcoming, friendly and very professional. She explained everything to me before the treatment. The room had a lovely calming atmosphere and I felt very relaxed the whole way through. Can’t wait to be back thank you.

WOW! This was my first time visiting Hayley and I am so glad I did! Hayley was so welcoming, talked me through everything she would be doing and the products used. She took the time to discuss any medical conditions. After waiting months for a local Japanese Head Spa experience, it was well worth it and better than I expected! Thankyou Hayley for such a wonderful experience, I can’t wait to book back in!
