I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

Clare was fantastic. She did a combination of Swedish and sport massage that melted away all my knots and tight muscles, and we had a lovely chat the whole time. The essential oils she used were heavenly. Cannot recommend her highly enough :-)

Wonderful massage and cupping. I had muscle soreness due to lifting too many boxes of books and Julia definitely soothed this. I also have some chronic pain due to arthritis and am sure the cupping helped with that too.

I can say this is one of the best gifts I have ever received. Jade is so lovely and my treatment was amazing! I have always felt too self conscious for a body massage before, but Jade was highly recommended by my Daughter and now, I can’t recommend her enough.
