WOW just WOW !! I am so glad I was reccomened this place. Emma is so lovely and she gave me a massage like I have never experienced before. I have paid expense for a tai massage before but this one blew it out of the water for a fraction of the price. Emma is so thorough and caring. You have to check this place out and trust me when I say 30 minutes isn't enough, as even an hour left me wanting more. Thank you Emma. I will be back soon 🫶

I’ve been getting massages from Liam for two months, and he’s absolutely wonderful. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and somehow always finds the exact spots with more pain. I always leave feeling lighter and so much better. Couldn’t recommend him more! :) Alba

Excellent! Katie was very attentive and made sure that everything from the oils and diffuser scents used, to the pressure throughout the massage was what I preferred. Really enjoyed all the different massage tools used as well, left feeling extremely relaxed - thank you again!!

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and can ease tight/stiff muscles then Yasien is your guy. I also love the small touches such as the heated bed, water/snacks, music and hot towel to finish. Thank you so much Yasien, see you again soon!

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

As my first massage treatment, I was unsure what to expect and a little nervous, but I needn't have been! Katie put me at ease straight away, with her warm personality, clear explanation of the process, and welcoming environment. Katie's skills, knowledge, regular communication, and responsiveness, created a relaxed and therapeutic experience that extended to the conclusion of the session and aftercare. I look forward to arranging further appointments with Katie and continuing the work she's done already untangling years of tension and knots I've been carrying!

She regularly checked in with me, and we worked collaboratively to make sure the treatment was appropriate and effective. I left feeling noticeably looser, more relaxed, and really well looked after.
