I've not met anyone who gives a proper sports massage like Rich. He is extremely knowledgeable in his work. My husband and I have been visiting him for at least 7 years. We even visit him from our new home in the west country. He is that good!

Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! I had a niggling pain for 6 months whilst running and trying to get fit again , so I thought I would try some sports massage, I visited rich and he was very thorough asking lots of questions and listening and seemed to know his field very well, I was also given some simple exercisers and stretches and after over 2 weeks of he pain is much better and my running distance improved, Many thanks rich

I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

I have been searching for someone to do sports massage for ages, and Rich is the guy! It is essential maintenance for me to ensure tension does not build up over time and I avoid injury! I have a back problem that will probably always be with me so that always feels loads better after!

The massage I had for a painful, stiff shoulder was great, and really helped to ease pain, increase movement and to relax the area. Nicola was very thorough in assessing the problem, explaining what treatment she was going to give, and what could be causing the condition - discussing everything with me. The massage was excellent
