I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

I have visited Sage Therapies on two occasions. The first was for reflexology. Never had this before, but already booked a second session. Felt really good afterwards even my tinnitus level was reduced checked my blood pressure when I got home big surprise down to 125/68. My second visit was for a shoulder and neck massage. Came away very relaxed my shoulders released, I was walking very tall not hunched. My breathing was deeper and clearer. Again another session booked.

Just had yet another lovely session of treatments today by Sam in her bright, warm and welcoming Treatment Room, I had Reflexology and Facial massage and came away feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Can’t wait for my next session. Thank you Sam and see you soon!

A fantastic addition to Sam’s range of therapies. The Face Lift Massage Facial is a delight. Reflexology for the face and head, the treatment was immersive, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. As usual, Sam makes the time with her relaxing, and allows you to feel safe in her surroundings and in her knowledge. Face lift aside, this facial treatment is hugely recommended and on my list to return to.
