I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Fantastic experience and massage. My second visit. I had the MOT last time which was great. Today a deep tissue massage and cupping. I moved here two years ago and have been searching for a good massage. Thankfully I’ve found it at last. There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗

I have had sports massages from many companies in the local area and have never found them particularly helpful. That is until I discovered in good hands. Charlotte is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Following a brief consultation about my areas of concern, she immediately concentrated on addressing them. After the full body MOT, I felt rejuvenated. That night I had the best sleep I have had in a long time and the next day I felt considerably more limber. I visit in good hands at least once a month and would recommend their services to anyone.
