I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

A fantastic addition to Sam’s range of therapies. The Face Lift Massage Facial is a delight. Reflexology for the face and head, the treatment was immersive, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. As usual, Sam makes the time with her relaxing, and allows you to feel safe in her surroundings and in her knowledge. Face lift aside, this facial treatment is hugely recommended and on my list to return to.

I can recommend Sam to any woman for holistic therapies (massage, reflexology and reiki treatments) and/or well-being coaching. Sam is personable and highly professional, treating every client according to their own individual needs. She works in peaceful, harmonious surroundings and provides a safe space to receive treatment, restorative rest and relaxation. After reflexology and a back massage from Sam I felt relieved of much muscular tension and left with a deeper sense of mental calm.

As a chronic migraine sufferer for 10 years, I can sometimes experience up to 20 migraines per month! I’ve just had my third reflexology appointment with Sam and the difference in my overall wellbeing as well as a dramatic drop in migraines is astounding! Sam is so knowledgeable in all the treatments she provides and totally in tune at reading my energy, she always gets it spot on and never fails to amaze me!
