Today I found out that miracles can happen! I went to Elinoah for a relaxing massage.... As she worked on my back, it transpired that it was extremely tense. Elinoah quickly identified how to act upon the situation efficiently. Tonight I feel so relieved and will return next week to make sure that the good work is sustained. Feeling very grateful for the care and professional approach.

Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam is phenomenal. She uses techniques I've never had during a massage before and really worked out some knots which had been causing me pain for some time. She's super gifted and is really passionate about what she does - she genuinely just wants you to enjoy the whole experience! 10/10 will see her again🌟

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I would highly recommend a treatment with Nat. I visited Nat at her new premises in Newcastle at the top of Northumberland street. To be honest I hadn’t even realised this space existed and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was so warm and inviting. I love the wall paper, the spiritual artefacts and the comfy chairs to sit on! Nat is so caring and attentive and really wanted to check in on how I was feeling. Nat is so easy to talk to I could’ve chatted to her all day I had a reiki session specifically focusing on my current issues and it was the most calming, relaxing session!

Very relaxing and rejuvenating facial and massage with some hot stones and acupuncture. Ellie is really nice and makes you feel comfortable. My skin felt great!

Sarah is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable also a brilliant hairdresser as I have a sensitive scalp she always tens to not have the hair dryer to hot 10out 10

Yet I feel more rejuvenation from a 1 and a half hour massage with Ellie for just £55. Plus you get, in my humble opinion, a better, feeling of well-being in a lovely environment at a fraction of their price for a lesser treatment!! THE best in many years. Wonderful experience.
