I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

From the minute I met Sam it was like catching up with an old friend, she's so warm and inviting. Walking into her studio was relaxing in itself, even before we started the treatment. I have visited Sage Therapies on two occasions. The first was for reflexology. Never had this before, but already booked a second session. Felt really good afterwards even my tinnitus level was reduced checked my blood pressure when I got home big surprise down to 125/68. My second visit was for a shoulder and neck massage. Came away very relaxed my shoulders released, I was walking very tall not hunched. My breathing was deeper and clearer. Again another session booked.
