I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

A fantastic addition to Sam’s range of therapies. The Face Lift Massage Facial is a delight. Reflexology for the face and head, the treatment was immersive, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. As usual, Sam makes the time with her relaxing, and allows you to feel safe in her surroundings and in her knowledge. Face lift aside, this facial treatment is hugely recommended and on my list to return to.
