Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

Had my second message by Lisa, she is a diamond. I just couldn’t resist of booking again so a zen treatment it was of aromatherapy reflexology only involving feet but really paying attention to relaxation and mindfulness. Oh my days, I felt ever so good. She stimulated the immune system working flow all the way through the body and sole using essential oils (I chose samples of lavender, rosemary & neroli). It’s not very often I do this, I even tipped her a bit extra as she deserved it. She’s done so well this year. For all the hard work I gifted her a box of chocolate & card to say thank you!🥰

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be without my monthly visits witj Catey. After a visit my body & mind feel completely at ease & reset from all my tension aches, stiffness and knots. I have been able to mix up what I have from month to month and have now tried various treatments such as Hit Stones, Cupping & Reflexology. Welll where do i start. Catey is lush and her reflexology is amazinf we spoke about my whole feet aching and the pressure points I needed to work on was a lush session. Highly recommend .....shes also a witch sooooo 10/10 for that too
