Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam listens to what her clients want and need, she's very understanding and walks you through and treatment your thinking about to make sure its the correct one for you. Today my treatments were reflexology and Raki. I have booked in to see Sam again next month. After my treatment I always feel refreshed and my grounded. Fantastic restorative reflexology session again today

I had ear reflexology and seeding for the first time last week, to help with my allergies. I noticed on the second day that my eyes and throat weren’t itchy. I removed the seeds 2 days before my next appointment and within 2hrs my eyes were watering and irritated again! Couldn’t wait for todays appointment to have them reapplied ☺️
