Bri was amazing! She is friendly and calming, and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the salon. We took our time getting the designs and placements correct, and during the tattoo Bri constantly checked I was ok. I absolutely love my tattoos and recommend Bri to anyone thinking about a new fine line tattoo.

I’m a total wuss when it comes to piercings, so I was really nervous, but I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained step by step, and I was reassured throughout the whole process, which really helped calm my nerves. She made it as painless as a piercing can possibly be! Time was taken to go through the aftercare properly and provided everything I needed to look after my new piercings. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, especially if you’re nervous like me, you’re definitely in safe hands.

This was easily the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. I was quite anxious because I’ve had multiple piercings with some not-great experiences, but Kadie was by far the kindest and most attentive piercer I’ve met. Kadie was reassuring, incredibly patient, and also had what I’d consider surgical precision and incredible attention to detail for the location of the piercing and worked with me to change piercing dot placement until we were both happy. The piercing itself was smooth, sterile, and as pain free as it could be. There is a beautiful selection of affordable 18/14K gold. Best place!

I cannot recommend these guys enough, of course the treatment itself is far from sunshine and rainbows, however, Cheri puts me at ease every time. She talks to me throughout keeping me distracted which is such a help and as much as I hate the treatment I always look forward to our catch ups! 😂 I’ve been really lucky with my removal results so far, but was made fully aware at my consultation that everyone’s results differ and exactly what to expect from the process. Got pierced at another place a few years ago and didn’t have a good experience with them and then I found Jesse and she’s done all 9 of my piercings and she’s really good with keeping everything clean and sanitised. She’s kind and gentle and will go through every step with you.. would never now go to another piercing place again.

In the end, it turned out that my second lobe piercings had not closed as I had thought they had, so it was so kind of Kei to double check this beforehand so that re-piercing them took no time at all and was just a small pinch! It was my 1st time ever gettng my brows and lashes done, including a brow lammy & lash lifts & theyre honestly so perfect for anyone like me who prefers a natural look & they last such a long time. Jordyn is gentle, patient, and has such a steady hand with tattoos aswel and they turned out amazing. It was the smoothest tattoo experience Ive ever had. I'm yet to get my nails too. My 2nd visit to this tattoo parlour and my 2nd redo on old tattoos that need tarting up, Kodee my tattooist is just wonderful at what he does, he really knows his art and has a flair that’s 2nd to none! He’s always so friendly and courteous and very professional with the consultation and after care advice from start to finish, thank you Kodee As for the tattoo parlour, it’s spotlessly clean , fabulous decor interior, some very interesting wall art and the vinyl records on the ceiling are a great addition to a fabulous parlour, all the tattooists are friendly and chatty, a brilliant experience

Excellent experience with Dom very professional and informative. Booked an appointment online for my daughter to have her second piercing but first at LNO and with a needle. Dom was really friendly and talked through each step so she felt completely at ease. Her piercings look great and she’s very happy with the result. Booked in for a follow up to check all ok in a 6 weeks. Brilliant service would highly recommend LNO!!
