The experience from start to finish was amazing. The Salon where Alex is based is absolutely beautiful from as soon as you walk in right through to Alex’s treatment room. Very clean and tidy, welcoming and organised. Alex explained exactly what she was doing and made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning, shape and colour before proceeding.
