Amazing! I LOVE my piercing!! Claudia is an actual babe! LNO is not only beautiful, super clean and professional. They know what they’re doing! The piercing didn’t hurt. No swelling or pain after! It would be dangerous if I lived locally- I’d be there too much!

Amazing experience. I came in to have jewellery put back in after I had had to take them out for a surgery, and Abbi was incredibly understanding and patient. Refitted the jewellery really easily and offered great advice on changing jewellery. I can’t recommend LNO enough - wouldn’t have piercings done anywhere else!

Fantastic consultation!! Claudia was just as excited and invested in it as I was. We had an awesome time picking out jewellery and discussing what could go where and what extra piercings we’d need to do. It can be really overwhelming looking to revamp all your 17 piercings and wanting to add more. But the whole appointment was stress and pressure free. There’s no denying it’s going to be an investment, but there was no pressure to buy now or order now or book in now and I really appreciated that. Because I needed a minute to get my head round this project. Cannot wait for the next step!

Highly recommend Claudia and her team. Salon is spotless, lots of jewellery choice, very happy to spend time with you to discuss jewellery, piercing requirements etc… Very good quality jewellery which is really important for healing when you have been pierced. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. This is my second piercing at LNO and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A fabulous piercing studio! Extremely professional piercer, Abbi, who talked me what and how she was going to do my piercing. She was friendly and really helped to put me at ease. The studio is reassuringly clean and tidy. There is a really nice and abundant range of jewellery that will suit all wallets! The studio is located in the centre of Cheltenham, so incredibly handy. The studio is also wheelchair friendly, enabling my sister to accompany me. Strongly recommended.
