Hannah is absolutely lovely—so accommodating and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows, even after years of over-plucking them in the ‘90s!

Anja is the only person I trust with my electrolysis, she gives expert advice and a professional service.

Shelly is phenomenal, iv tried a few nail and LVL lash techs and she us by far the best in Cardiff 🙌

Always the most welcoming and relaxing appointment with Nai, I’ve had several now across a few different treatments and each has been as lovely as the others! Nai is the warmest, kindest soul and I’m so lucky to have found her, I always leave feeling delighted with the end results, and happier and brighter from the time spent! Such a lovely afternoon ☺️ I felt very relaxed and well looked after. Every step of the process was clearly explained and then carried out. We had a great natter and i left with beautifuleyebrows 🥰 Cherri is very knowledgeable and experienced and you can tell she's very passionate about what she does as she explains what's she's doing at every point and why. The aftercare advice was clearly explained and the aftercare goody bag was a nice touch 🥰 Love my eyebrows thank you Cherri 🥰

Wonderful Experience, Michelle is a perfectionist in all her treatments. I have had Microblading, Medical Pedicure, Bio Sculpture Gel and lash and brow lift. I even signed up for her Loyalty Card. I won't go to anyone else.

Naomi is always so professional and extremely welcoming. I love her work. She is a true talent.

Absolutely thrilled with my brows today! After years of various machines brows and microblading, and then laser removal, this is the first time I've actually been happy with the results! Am beyond pleased with them! Only wish I had found Cherri sooner. I was initially nervous about getting them done again but need not have been - she puts so much work into making sure they're spot on, and knows brows and pigments inside out :-) I'd 100% recommend the Brow Loft to anyone! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Absolutely amazing. She done an amazing job and was so increadibly friendly, really helped my nerves. If your looking for a new piercer, she has my full recomendation. Will be booking again.
