Adriana did my facial yesterday. She really did a perfect job on my face. I felt very relaxed and fresh when she was doing my facial. I already have very good experiences with all staff in Oasis. And I felt very good with all of them. But yesterday Adriana did my facial for first time and I really enjoyed. I recommend anyone who need to do facial, try it with Oasis facial clinic. Just had a treatment with Andrea at Oasis spa in West Vancouver and I’m beyond pleased. She’s amazing and I really appreciate how professional and thorough she was . I’m so glad I found someone who makes me just as comfortable as Amber my aesthetician I had before as she had to leave back to her country.

The location is difficult to find and initially I was concerned that it didn't exist because very poor signage. It was a very good facial and very comfortable environment but the staff are young with limited experience and not extremely knowledgable in skincare. The consultation at the end is somewhat informative but also a membership push but not too aggressive. It is a "franchised" company from Manitoba so concerned that it may not have "staying power" because their other Vancouver location closed. Somewhat hesitate to commit to a long term membership.

I had a great experience at this spa. Beatrice was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with my facial. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. At the end, a package was offered and explained, which may be helpful for some people, although it felt a bit like a sales pitch for me. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely come back for future treatments

Beatrice was soo kind and very professional even after telling her it was my first time doing facials she took me through the process and still took her time to explain everything to me She really convinced me in actually accepting to be a VIP member even when the initial intention wasn’t😂 the staff are very welcoming and the place feels very relaxing…you all need to go and see for yourself I highly recommend Thank Oasis aesthetics spa, thank you Beatrice

Great experience - facial and analysis of my skin

The employees were very nice, and professional. The environment was very clean.

The actual facial was nice. But organization needs work. 7 phone calls the day before to confirm. I was told I could confirm by text which I did twice. (They later said they couldn’t text me or receive texts because they were blocked. They were not and they texted after my appointment). I also responded to an email to confirm. They still called twice the day of the appointment. Then the esthetician was 25 minutes late. It appears that there was no one to answer the phones so part of the time she was on the phone. Heavy sales presentation after.

My face is so smooth and improved after my 1st facial. Feelings amazing Thank you
