Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Amazing Service usual. Sue is literally the best wax service in Coventry, no doubt about that. I had the new wax lady today, she was amazing as well. Great Service, friendly and comfortable overall

I booked for waxing and eyebrow tint/thread for the first time with sue and was delighted with Sue’s attention to deal and manner! She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve now found my new lady for treatments in Coventry 🥰

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. This girl is amazing! Today I had acrylic removal and french polish BIAB. My nails are transformed once again to a short, classic, manicured look. This is my third visit, I won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve already booked in my next appointment, as she is always busy!

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best.
