Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Amazing Service usual. Sue is literally the best wax service in Coventry, no doubt about that. I had the new wax lady today, she was amazing as well. Great Service, friendly and comfortable overall

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Beatrice is the best nail artist! I have been loyal to her for abiut 1.5 years now and I am NOT leaving her. She takes care to clean up the cuticles and prepares the nails so well. And she is the only nail tech I have seen done this. I have a complete pedicure and my feet felt so soft after and felt brand new!! ❤️
