Had a lovely experience with Koko Nail and Lash in Brentwood. This was my first time going to this salon and they made it super enjoyable and relaxing. I forgot sandals for my pedicure and they gave me disposable ones and even set up a fan to dry my toenails before I left. Definitely recommend!

Queenie was terrific. She’s always conscientious and checking in to make sure my nails are exactly the way I want. I wanted a seashell theme and she really paid attention to my inspo pictures and worked with me to get a similar look. My nails definitely have a wow factor today. Rose is very sweet and friendly. She gives great leg massage and does a great job removing my calluses. My toes look great!

Hailey was amazing. My French ombre cat eye manicure was exactly what I wanted. She made sure to check in at every point to make sure we were on the same page. Lisa did a great job with my shellac pedi. It was an excellent experience and I'm definitely going back.

My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. Ashley did combo brows on her and she absolutely loves it! We know a lot of family will not be coming to Ashley for their eyebrows. It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done, and we came in together for a little pampering. She had Lucy and I had Angela- both were absolutely amazing! They were kind, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of.
