Very nice nail studio. The service was good, but the hand and leg massage could have been better. I would definitely go back as the manicure and pedicure was very nice.

My first time to “Upscale Nails” and it won’t be my last! The studio was beautiful and such an inviting relaxing energy as soon as you walk in. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist who offered me a beverage and then taken care of by the lovely technician. My pedicure was so relaxing and well done, and the complimentary shiatsu shoulder massage while I had my pedicure was such a treat and way better then the typical “massage chairs” at most of places I have been too! Thank you so much for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back

This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

Always amazing!! All the ladies and Ali are soooo kind and so precessional .The salon is immaculate and beautiful. You get treats and a massager for your neck and back. Today I had a manicure and pedicure by Shakila. She paid a lot of attention to detail and the foot/leg massage was amazing. I’ve been here I think 6 times now, and every time I come, no matter who I get, I’m always super happy with the quality of the work done. The warmth and excellence of all the staff is guaranteed. I have visited many salons over the years and can say that Upscale is in a league if its own.Good parking too!

An experience worth repeating. I never thought I would describe a nail studio as luxurious and relaxing, but then I walked into Upscale. Gone were the chemical odors and powdery film on surfaces. I inhaled fragrant scents of lemongrass and mint, listened to soothing music and received a full mani-pedi service from pristine white surfaces and footbaths, plush pastel seating and all while receiving warm smiles, friendly conversation and respectful, interactive treatment from everyone from the receptionist to all the other technicians. Worth every penny!

Very good. The mani/pedi was very enjoyable and well done with friendly and solicitous staff. The facial and massage was very relaxing and competently done. It was a bit rushed at the end but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

It was great to be back at Upscale Nail Studio! I had Neda for this treatment - Lux Mani/Pedi. Starting with the manicure you choose your color and I went for a lavender purple with a sparkle on top. This particular manicure includes mask, hot towel and massage - I thoroughly recommend upgrading to get these extras! Neda’s attention to detail is excellent, my nails really benefited from her extra care and precise application of the polish. You are always offered complimentary drink and biscuit which is such a lovely touch to make you feel special. Thank you, I look forward to booking again.

Great service as always - Nikki gave me "party nails" for the holidays with the upscale manicure - nice massage, mask, and paraffin. Very relaxing atmosphere and I appreciate the little extras like tea and treats. Also, the essential oil diffuser is amazing; it always smells amazing in the spa!

A gift for my mother-in-laws birthday and from the moment we stepped into the door the staff and atmosphere were welcoming, kind and engaged. The salon provided a welcoming calm environment with extremely attentive staff who provided an amazing treatment with great massages and nails that are lasting (no chips). Definitely coming back

I have really hard skin on my feet around my heels & toes and I need a more thorough callous removal. I only noticed when I got home that it wasn’t the best. Other than that the treatment was very good and the polish & massage was great. And of course the girls are all so nice.
