I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

My lashes look full, soft, and beautifully styled, and my brows have the perfect shape. Nastasia was gentle, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. The studio is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and the location is super convenient right in the heart of Yaletown. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

Nastasia is amazing. I got my lashes done at home in NY in preparation for a 2 week long vacation. My right eye's lashes starting falling out after just 2 days, but I had already left for vacation. What a nightmare! Luckily I found Nastasia who was able to fit in a last minute appointment with me. I explained my problem and she was able fix my lashes and fortify them. Nastasia went above and beyond and was so lovely and professional the entire time. And my lashes look 10x better than the original! If you are seeking a lash genius, you must come find Nastasia!
