What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

We cannot recommend The Therapist Room enough! Every appointment feels like a pampering session. Basheerah is professional, friendly, and has an incredible eye for detail. Our brows always come out perfectly shaped everytime. Beyond her skill, she creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole experience truly enjoyable.

Regularly have my brows done but hand my nails done today and couldn’t be happier
