Sameera’s clear communication, guidance and knowledge was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and confident. My brows and lashes never looked better and my skin felt amazing! What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had the best experience with Imaan! She was super friendly, had an incredible playlist and very professional. I brought an inspiration picture for my lashes and she nailed it 🤍 I explained that I wanted natural lashes and brows and she worked perfectly to suit my features. I had a wonderful experience with my manicure and pedicure treatment. The staff that did the treatments were friendly and made us feel comfortable. However, I had a brow thread and tint booked and was told that the staff member called in sick, so they unfortunately had no one to do it. Either I wait 40 minutes or more for the only staff member able to do it. Which I felt was ridiculous and disappointing since I was there before the other customers and especially came to that branch for the brow and tint service, as it is not offered at all branches.
