Ok, so I cried....but in a good way. Surely, that's a sign of an amazing massage? I tried the Lomi Lomi Deep Tissue massage for 1 hr 15mins and felt transported. She incorporated many different techniques, so I felt like I got a bit of everything. Nafisa's magic hands are full of warmth and strength and I completely let go. I felt very comfortable and safe, and most importantly, I felt so good when I left. Her treatment room is completely quiet and you feel like you're away from everything. I will be asking for another one for Christmas! Thank you, Nafisa!

I have had an amazing massage with Anna. I left feeling lighter and relaxed. I had many knots around my neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer most days and she did a great job at releasing those. The music was peaceful and the place was very tranquil. Highly recommend.

If you’ve never had a facial massage I urge you to give it go, it’s amazing. Has a huge effect on the rest of your body - who knew. So relaxing ( in the end). Will put this on my regular treatment list.

I have had problems with my shoulder and neck for years which resulted in terrible headaches and joint pain. I'm not keen on taking medications and regular massage never helped the problem. Melvyn was fantastic in making an assessment and talking me through the treatment process. My shoulder is much better and my joints overall feel more relaxed and the best news is no more headaches. After an initial consultation Melvyn identified the fact that I had very tense shoulder muscles which led to various back and even wrist pains and immediately set about to massage my back and shoulders. I could tell immediately that this was a professional massage and that he knew what he was doing. He ended the session with acupuncture. He also gave me advice about my posture that was causing a curvature of the spine and about the kind of exercise I should do. I will be back next week as I know he will solve my various pain issues.

Fantastic experience. I was 10 mins late but I'd phoned in advance to tell them and they were very understanding. They didn't give me any grief or make me feel bad when I arrived. My massage and facial were excellent. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! I also had a classic pedicure. I was offered a drink and the lovely lady took her time to do a good job. They then waited patiently for my nails to dry without trying to rush me out. They closed at 6pm but I didn't leave until 6:25pm. All in all a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend this spa. I look forward to returning!

As someone who suffers from headaches and back pain, I left feeling fantastic. The relief was incredible, and it truly helped me.
